Dear young colleagues,

The faculty of Law and History of the South-West University “Neofit Rilski”, the Department of Psychology, and the Association of young psychologists in Bulgaria are inviting you to take part in the First young psychologists’ Balkan meeting that will be held on 3 - 5  April 2006 г. in the south-western Bulgarian town Blagoevgrad. The principal goal of this meeting is some experiences, knowledge and ideas to be exchanged between the young specialists in psychology from all Balkan countries, as well as to be laid the foundations of a future collaboration and mutual aid.

The read reports, presentations and the decisions that will be resulting from the discussions will be published in a collection.  The fee for the participation is 20 Euro. The organizers are going to undertake all expenses for the participation in the meeting except for the travel expenditure.

Undergraduated and postgraduated students, assistants, young scientists, and psychologists-practitioners at the age under 35 can participate in the young psychologists’ Balkan meeting.

The organizers are looking forward to receiving your applications (individually or on behalf of an organization), and your abstracts. The deadline is 5 March 2006. 

 

We shall let all applying people or organizations know later the details for participations.

Technical requirements for the presentation of the papers

·  Font: Times New Roman

·  Font Size: 12

·  Page Setup- Top: 20 mm, Bottom: 10 mm,  Left: 20 mm, Right: 20 mm.

· Paper Size - A4.

· Line spacing: Single.

· Format, Paragraph, Special: First Line, By: 1 cm.

· Title - Font Size 14, Center, Bold.

· A blank row.

· Author’ (authors’) name and surname - Font Size 12, Centre.

· A blank row.

· Abstract in English, Font Size 10, Italic, 5-6 rows.

· Key words in English, Font Size 10, Italic, 1-2 rows.

· A blank row.

· Text of the paper - Font Size 12.

· After the references – Author’ (authors’) full name, academic rank, scientific degree, workplace, tel. number, e-mail.

· The figures (black and white) must be made with some of the widespread software, must be integrated with the text, and must have their own numbers and their own titles under them, Center.

· The tables must have their own numbers and their own titles over them, Right.

· The formulas must have their own numbers – a digit in round brackets, Right.

· The references in the text must be marked by means of a digit in square brackets.

· The references must be in an alphabetical order by the surname of the first author under the terms of the standard.

· The pages must not be numbered.

· General size – no more than 7 pages, abstract included.

 

The full text of the paper must be presented on paper and on a diskette or a CD in the day of the registration.
